Two week check-in.
September 2025 I started working with Christine on the Trainor4u app. I averaged 5 workouts a week and was making progress with the amount of weight I lifted and how many reps.
My situation is different in that I sit in a wheelchair all day, so I get no steps but I work my legs 3 days a week. Christine is amazing at keeping this interesting and progressing.
For about a year I have not focused on macros or number of calories. Turns out I was probably not eating anywhere near enough. Certainly not enough protein. Not a lot of junk just not enough. My weight has stayed the same for over a year.
I lost an inch on my waist the first month but not much after that. I hate scales.
2 weeks ago Christine encouraged me to focus on food and calories. 40/40/20 carbs/protein/fat and at least 20g fiber.
I have hit those macros every day except for 1 in two week. This is a big NSV for me.
